How this site handles your data
Short version: cookieless analytics, no ad trackers, and anything you send through the contact form is used only to write back to you.
Analytics
This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, a cookieless measurement tool. It doesn't set cookies, doesn't collect personal data, and doesn't track you across other sites. It just counts page views and referrers in aggregate, so I can see what's getting read.
The contact form
If you write to me through the contact form, I collect your name, email, company (if you give one), the topic you pick, and your message, and I use that solely to read and reply to you. Your submission also passes through the site's own backend on its way to my inbox, and that step logs your IP address and browser user agent alongside it, which I use only to catch spam and abuse, never to track you.
I keep a message and the reply thread for as long as it's useful to our conversation, and no longer than that. If you'd like me to delete what you sent, email joey@joeygartin.com and I'll remove it.
What this site doesn't do
No third-party advertising cookies, no ad pixels, no selling your data, no cross-site profile built on you. If any of that ever changes, this page will say so first, and I'll ask before anything new runs, not after.
